Shipping Policy
At Ashmiza Beauty, Inc./Ashmiza Beautรฉ, Inc. all of our products are carefully inspected and we do our due diligence with every order we deliver to our customers. Shipping rates and approximate shipping speeds are shown at the time of purchase. Tracking information will be shared once your order is shipped, via email, which will allow you to track your package each step of the way. Should we not be able to honour our standard shipping policy (e.g. there is a delay in shipping your purchase to you from our facility), we will personally be in touch, via email, to give you up-to-date information on your order status. Once your item is shipped you will need to contact the appropriate courier service (Canada Post or United States Postal Service) utilizing the tracking number you have received to monitor your purchase. Once your purchase has left the facility you will need to use your tracking number to monitor your purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to internal error.ย ย
Shipments Outside of Canada
Please note, all international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection at customs. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for custom clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient/customer.

If your item(s) has arrived damaged andย you are unable to use it, please see our return policy for the steps you will need to take to replace your purchase.ย
