Return Policy

At Ashmiza Beauty, Inc./Ashmiza Beautรฉ, Inc. all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on skin care, body care, perfumes, paper products, reed diffusers or candles. However, if your item has arrived damaged and you are unable to use it as intended, we will be happy to replace the product(s) damaged during shipment if photographic proof of the damage is submitted to Ashmiza Beauty, Inc./Ashmiza Beautรฉ, Inc. customer service within 7 days of delivery, as per the tracking “delivered” notification date reported by the courier service. Please be aware that if you have not received an order and it has been marked as “delivered/received” by the shipping company, you will need to address your missing items with the delivery service directly and we will be happy to support this process as much as possible. Replacements will not be issued for any purchase marked “delivered/received” by the courier service.

The following conditions are required in order to process your purchase replacement:

1. Please email our customer service team atย contact@ashmizabeauty.com and provide a picture of the damaged item(s) along with your order number (found on your invoice) within 7 days of delivery, as per the tracking “delivered” notification date reported by the courier service.ย 

2. Please allow 5-10 business days upon receipt of your email to receive a response and process the replacement item. If eligible, you will be notified that your replacement has been shipped to you.

If for any reason we are out of stock of the item that needs to be replaced and can not process your order within the 5-10 business days, we will discuss the options available to you at that time.
