Our Products & Brand

All of our wonderful products are formulated and handmade with care in the beautiful city of Bomanville, Ontario. To learn more about the origins of our products, please read our about page here.

All of our products, including our home fragrance products are plant based, free of toxins, chemicals and GMOs. They are also free of any artificial colours, dyes, parabens, phthalate, mineral oil and petrolatum.

Select ingredients in our products are also certified organic and have been identified on their respective ingredient list. We encourage you to read the designated product page for the selection we offer, where you can learn more about our formulation and how it can benefit your skin health journey.

With the exception of our fragrance-free Calendula line and perfume oils, all of Ashmiza skincare products are scented solely with the natural ingredients we used to formulate them. We prefer to use entirely natural/plant-based fragrances for our skincare products. This includes a blend of supercritical extracts, pure essential oils and hydrosols. Our face products are scented solely by hydrosols, as we believe this is most beneficial for this delicate area. 

Our home care products and perfume oils are created using a blend of carefully curated fine fragrance oils and pure essential oils. They are all paraben and phthalate-free. 

We encourage our customers read the designated product page for the selections we offer, as additional information including a full list of ingredients will be included there.

If you are under medical care, pregnant, nursing or have any health problems, it is our recommendation that you discuss any changes in your skin care regimen with your medical professional, as this will be a decision that you make together. 

Of course! Ashmiza products are designed for all genders, and some of the men on our team use our fragrance-free Calendula line daily with great results. 

We put a lot of care into making sure our products use high quality ingredients that are effective and pH level appropriate. Our formulas are safe for all skin types, addressing a number of concerns. However, it is important to note that skincare products, including natural skincare may cause an allergic reaction. Therefore, you should talk to your doctor and know your allergies before using anything new. 

As well, you should always complete a patch test and wait 24-48 hours to see how your skin will react before adding it to your skin care routine.

Each skincare product has its own expiry after opening date in which the product should be used. The time is indicated in months and can be found alongside a symbol of an open cream jar printed on the packaging. Given some of our products are formulated using delicate oils and actives, the expiry time is generally 5 to 6 months. However we are sure you will love our products so much that they will not be on your shelf for that long! Please reference your specific product’s expiry date to ensure you get the most use out of your purchase.

Our homes fragrance products have a shelf life of 1 year once opened. The shelf life of an unopened home fragrance product is 2 years.

Due our reliance on entirely plant based ingredients, it’s common for batches to vary from time to time. Variety is just one of the wonderful things about using natural ingredients! Be assured, this does not affect the quality or efficacy of our products in any way.

The answer is yes! All Ashmiza products are free of any animal testing.

Online Shopping & Shipping

No, an account is not required to complete your purchase. You will be required to provide your email address in order complete your transaction, as this information allow us to notify you when your purchase has been shipped. 

All of the products that you are able to add to your shopping cart are either in stock or made to order and ready to ship within our 4-5 business day deadline. We do not provide the option to ‘Pre-Order’ an item, as we can not control supply chains and want to ensure that we are meeting your needs in a timely manner.

We can let you know when your favourite item becomes available again by clicking the “notify me” button and entering your information on the pop up form.

Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Based on where you live, all orders placed on ashmizabeauty.com are shipped via third party shipper and USPS (United States Postal Service).

Sadly, we are not able to ship to any PO Box or Military box at this time.

It typically take 4-5 business days as all of our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Once completed, you will receive an email letting you know your product is on its way!

Payment, Orders & Returns

Ashmiza Beauty cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method.

If you need to update your address, email order@ashmizabeauty.com within 4 hours of making your purchase. Our customer service team will do their best to update this information before your purchase has left the facilities, however, this is not guaranteed.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from ashmizabeauty.com.  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to safety and the handmade nature of our products.
